Thanks, Martin for your response and a valid statement. I do have multiple clients where I provide consulting and the way I do this is to reschedule my calendar blocks every evening/night before I go to bed. It takes me 10 minutes but I make sure that the tasks/activities are tagged based on the time-duration also like, 10 mins, 30 mins, 2 hours as is in line with my goals and providing actionable results.
